- Your business website address, which we read to learn about your brand, products and audience.
- Brand details you add or edit inside the product, such as offers, audiences and voice preferences.
- Photos and video footage you upload to appear in your videos, including photos of people you choose as creators.
- Feedback and messages you send us through the product.
Information created while you use the product
- The videos, scripts, captions and images generated for your brand.
- Your selections, saved inspiration and plan choices.
- Product usage events (for example which step of setup you reached or when a video was viewed), used to run the product and understand where customers need help.
- Notifications we send you and whether the emails were delivered or opened.
How we use it
- To set up your brand, plan and produce your videos, and show them to you in your account.
- To send you service emails, such as when a video is ready and a short series of getting-started emails after you sign up.
- To provide support and improve the product based on how it is actually used.
- To take payment for a plan and keep track of how many videos your plan includes.
Who else processes your information
Rocket Reels is built on hosted infrastructure and uses third-party services to work. Your website content, brand details, uploaded footage and the text of your videos are sent to AI model providers to generate scripts, images and video. Payments are handled by a payment provider; Rocket Reels does not store your card details. Emails are sent through an email delivery provider. These providers only receive what is needed to perform their part of the service.
Your website and public examples
Videos made for your brand are private to your account. Videos shown as public examples on our homepage are chosen and approved individually before they appear.
Your choices
- You can update your brand details, creators and footage at any time inside the product.
- You can change your email notification preferences in your account.
- You can ask us to delete your account and the information connected to it through the contact page.
