Terms of Service
These are the practical terms that apply when you use Rocket Reels. By creating an account you agree to them.
The service
Rocket Reels produces short-form videos for your business by adapting the creative approach of existing social videos to your brand, using the information from your website, the details you add and the footage, photos and creators you choose.
Your account
You need an account to use the product. Keep your sign-in details private and let us know if you think someone else has used your account. You must be able to enter into these terms on behalf of the business you set up.
Plans and videos
- New accounts start with a small number of free finished videos. No card is required to start.
- Paid plans are billed monthly and include a set number of finished videos per month, shown on the plan.
- Making a new video uses one video from your plan. Editing a video you have already made is free.
- Access to a paid plan is granted only once a payment is confirmed by our payment provider.
Your content and footage
- You keep ownership of the footage, photos and brand material you upload.
- You confirm you have the right to use any footage, photos and likenesses you upload, including of any person you add as a creator.
- You give us permission to process that material to make your videos and show them to you in your account.
- You are responsible for the videos you publish, including any claims they make about your products or services.
Inspiration videos
The inspiration videos shown in the product illustrate creative approaches that are already working on social. Your videos are new productions made for your brand; they are not copies of the originals.
Acceptable use
Do not use Rocket Reels to make content that is unlawful, misleading, hateful or infringes someone else's rights, and do not attempt to interfere with the service or access other customers' accounts.
Availability and changes
Video generation relies on third-party AI and infrastructure providers, and individual generations can occasionally fail; when they do, the video is not counted against your plan. We may change or improve the product over time and will update these terms when needed.
